An imaging informaticist is a one-of-a-kind professional who works at the crossroads of clinical radiography, data science, and information technology. Imaging informaticists are becoming crucial participants in the development, evaluation, and implementation of AI in the clinical environment because of their capacity to grasp each of the many domains and translate between experts in these fields.
