    Structural Power in Organization: Theory Evaluation

    Nursing theory plays a crucial role in leading nursing research, education, and practice. Therefore, scholars must develop criteria for analyzing and evaluating nursing theory. Rosabeth Moss Kanter is a theorist on structural power in organizations with sociological backgrounds. Her theory was applicable to economic challenges and social movements in the United States during the 20th century. This study evaluates and critiques the theory of structural power in organizations. This study used the McEwen and Wills synthesis method of theory evaluation.
