The Effect Billy Naster ( Cotoneaster ) on Reducing Bilirubin in Neonates with Jaundice: A Triple-Blind Randomized Clinical Trial

Introduction: Jaundice is one of the most common concerns in neonates. In Iran, the extract of Cotoneaster frigidus is used to reduce physiologic jaundice according to traditional medicines. This study aimed to investigate the effect of medication “Billy Naster” on the reduction of jaundice in neonates.
Materials and Methods: This study was a randomized, triple-blind clinical trial. In this study, 96 neonates with physiologic jaundice referred to a pediatric clinic in Dezful were selected by the available sampling method.
